Payment Method

Last updated: August 3, 2026

This page explains the payment methods available for purchases from Wonder Print Shop. Wonder Print Shop is a brand of KONIC LLC.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment availability may vary depending on the customer’s location, currency, order value, device, and payment-provider requirements.

1. Pay with PayPal

Customers may use PayPal when it is displayed as an available payment option at checkout.

Depending on PayPal’s availability and the customer’s location, payment may be completed using:

  • A PayPal account;
  • A credit card;
  • A debit card; or
  • An eligible bank account linked to PayPal.

After selecting PayPal, the customer may be redirected to PayPal to authorize and complete the transaction. The customer will then be returned to the Wonder Print Shop checkout or confirmation page.

Benefits of Using PayPal

  • PayPal processes the customer’s payment credentials through its own payment environment.
  • Wonder Print Shop does not receive the customer’s complete PayPal login credentials.
  • Customers can review the transaction status through their PayPal account.
  • Eligible purchases may be covered by protections offered under PayPal’s applicable terms.

PayPal transactions are also subject to PayPal’s terms, privacy notice, security procedures, and account requirements.

2. Pay with Credit or Debit Cards

Wonder Print Shop accepts eligible credit and debit cards displayed at checkout. These may include:

  • Visa;
  • Mastercard;
  • American Express;
  • Discover; and
  • Other card types supported by the payment processor.

Card payments are securely processed through Stripe or another payment provider displayed or used at checkout.

Wonder Print Shop does not directly store complete payment-card numbers on its own servers.

Before submitting payment, customers should verify:

  • The cardholder name;
  • The card number;
  • The expiration date;
  • The card security code;
  • The billing address; and
  • The order amount and currency.

The payment methods displayed at checkout at the time of purchase determine which options are currently available.

3. Payment Security and Verification

Payment information is transmitted using encrypted connections and processed by third-party payment providers under their own security standards.

Access to order and billing information within Wonder Print Shop is limited to personnel and service providers who need the information for legitimate purposes such as:

  • Processing an order;
  • Providing customer support;
  • Investigating payment problems;
  • Preventing fraud;
  • Managing refunds or disputes; and
  • Meeting legal or regulatory obligations.

For fraud prevention and account security, a payment may be delayed, declined, canceled, or placed under review.

We or the applicable payment provider may request reasonable verification, such as:

  • Confirmation of the billing or shipping address;
  • Confirmation that the customer authorized the payment;
  • Identity or account verification permitted by law; or
  • Additional information necessary to investigate suspected fraud.

Customers should not send complete card numbers, passwords, card security codes, or other sensitive payment credentials by email, telephone, or messaging applications.

Our handling of personal information is further explained in the Privacy Policy.

4. International Transaction Fees

Wonder Print Shop prices are generally displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD), unless checkout expressly displays another currency.

A customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may classify a purchase as an international or foreign-currency transaction. The provider may charge:

  • An international transaction fee;
  • A foreign-exchange fee;
  • A currency-conversion fee; or
  • Another cross-border payment charge.

These charges are determined and collected by the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider. They are not charged or controlled by Wonder Print Shop.

Customers should contact their bank or payment provider for information about a fee appearing on a statement.

5. Declined Card Payments

A credit or debit card payment may be declined for reasons including:

  • The card has not been activated;
  • The card has expired;
  • The card number, expiration date, or security code is incorrect;
  • The billing address does not match the card issuer’s records;
  • The available balance or credit limit is insufficient;
  • The card does not support online, international, or recurring transactions;
  • The card issuer has blocked the transaction;
  • A fraud-prevention system has flagged the payment;
  • The card account has been closed, frozen, or restricted; or
  • A temporary payment-network or technical error has occurred.

For security reasons, Wonder Print Shop may not receive the card issuer’s exact reason for declining a payment.

If a payment is declined:

  1. Review the card and billing information.
  2. Try submitting the payment again only after confirming the information is correct.
  3. Contact the bank or card issuer and ask whether the transaction is being blocked.
  4. Use another eligible payment method displayed at checkout.
  5. Where available, complete the purchase through PayPal.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized and the customer receives an order confirmation.

6. Duplicate Charges and Authorization Holds

Two Order Confirmations

If the customer receives two separate order-confirmation emails with different order numbers, two orders may have been submitted.

To request cancellation of one order, use our Modification and Cancellation Form or email support@wonderprintshop.com.

Cancellation deadline: A valid cancellation request submitted within 24 hours of ordering qualifies for a full refund, even if production has already started.

One Order Confirmation

If the customer receives only one order confirmation but sees two entries on a payment account, one entry may be a temporary authorization hold rather than a completed second charge.

An authorization hold may appear when a payment provider or card issuer temporarily reserves funds while confirming a transaction.

The unused authorization generally disappears automatically after the issuer releases it. This may take approximately 1–8 business days, although the exact timeframe is controlled by the bank or payment provider.

If both entries become completed charges, contact the bank and email support@wonderprintshop.com with:

  • The order number;
  • The transaction date;
  • The amount of each charge; and
  • A screenshot showing the charges, with sensitive payment details removed.

7. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Orders delivered outside the country of dispatch may be subject to:

  • Import duties;
  • Value-added taxes;
  • Sales or consumption taxes;
  • Customs-clearance charges;
  • Brokerage fees; or
  • Local carrier charges.

Unless checkout expressly states that these amounts are included, they are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Wonder Print Shop.

The recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, payment provider, or shipping carrier.

Customs charges are separate from international transaction or currency-conversion fees charged by a bank.

Additional information is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
