These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.wonderprintshop.com and all related products, content, features, communications, and services offered through the website.

Wonder Print Shop is a brand of KONIC LLC. Throughout these Terms, “Wonder Print Shop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wonder Print Shop and KONIC LLC, as applicable.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting an order, subscribing to communications, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.

2. Eligibility and Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, territory, or country of residence.

If you have not reached the age of majority, you may use the services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.

You may not use our website, products, or services for an illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, intellectual property, privacy, payment, trade, and anti-fraud laws.

You must not transmit viruses, malware, destructive code, or any material intended to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

A violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of access to our services.

3. Accounts and Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, submitting payment information, or contacting our Support Team.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account;
• Providing a valid billing and shipping address;
• Providing an active email address and telephone number;
• Reviewing all order information before checkout; and
• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity.

You must review the selected product, size, color, design, quantity, personalization, billing information, and shipping address before submitting an order.

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it is being used for fraud, unlawful conduct, unauthorized payment activity, policy abuse, security violations, or repeated misuse of refunds, replacements, discounts, or chargebacks.

4. Products and Made-to-Order Production

Many Wonder Print Shop products are custom-made, printed, personalized, or manufactured after an order is submitted.

Production may begin shortly after purchase and may include:

• Artwork preparation;
• Printing or manufacturing;
• Personalization;
• Quality inspection;
• Packing; and
• Transfer to a shipping carrier.

Because products are often produced specifically for an individual order, cancellations, modifications, returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are subject to the timeframes and procedures stated in our policies.

We may modify or discontinue a product, design, color, size, material, or feature. Such changes will not remove rights relating to an order we have already accepted, except where a substitution is approved by the customer or permitted by law.

5. Product Information and Print-on-Demand Tolerances

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, photographs, mockups, colors, and other information accurately.

Actual product appearance may vary because of:

• Screen settings and display calibration;
• Lighting conditions;
• Fabric, product material, and texture;
• Garment construction;
• Printing and manufacturing methods; and
• Normal variations between production batches.

Minor color differences between a digital image and a physical product are not necessarily defects.

For print-on-demand products, a minor design-placement difference of up to approximately 1–2 inches from the digital mockup may fall within normal production tolerance, provided the product is otherwise correctly made and usable.

A wrong color variant, substantial printing error, materially misplaced design, incorrect orientation, defective print, or other verified production error remains eligible for review under our Exchange & Replacement Policy.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We may accept, reject, review, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
• Incorrect pricing or product information;
• Technical or website errors;
• Production or inventory limitations;
• Shipping or destination restrictions;
• Legal, sanctions, or regulatory requirements;
• Promotion, discount, replacement, or refund abuse;
• Unusually large or repetitive orders;
• Unauthorized resale activity; or
• A violation of these Terms or another applicable policy.

We may limit quantities available per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method unless the transaction has already been reversed, disputed, or charged back.

7. Pricing, Currency, and Payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout expressly displays another currency.

The total amount displayed at checkout may include:

• Product charges;
• Shipping charges;
• Applicable taxes collected by us; and
• Other charges disclosed before order submission.

International customers may separately owe import duties, value-added taxes, customs-clearance fees, brokerage fees, or local carrier charges. These amounts are addressed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. Available payment methods may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other methods displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.

We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers on our own servers. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms, privacy notices, and security standards.

8. Cancellations and Order Modifications

Send a request to support@wonderprintshop.com. Include the order number and the exact cancellation or modification requested.

We will make reasonable efforts to apply an eligible modification. An address change cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production, fulfillment, shipping preparation, or carrier possession.

After the first 24 hours, a correctly made product does not qualify for a free change-of-mind refund. Available resolutions are described in our Refund Policy and Return Policy.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Total delivery time consists of processing time plus shipping transit time.

Processing estimates, shipping rates, carriers, delivery regions, tracking procedures, address limitations, customs responsibilities, and delayed-delivery procedures are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless Wonder Print Shop expressly confirms a specific delivery deadline in writing before production begins.

Delivery may be affected by production demand, carrier operations, customs inspections, severe weather, public emergencies, regional restrictions, incorrect addresses, labor disruption, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order has not arrived within 30 business days from dispatch, the customer should contact us so that we can investigate.

A carrier status of “Delivered” does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement. Delivered-but-not-received claims may be subject to a carrier investigation.

10. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, product claims, change-of-mind requests, wrong-size requests, personalization errors, defective products, damaged products, lost orders, and late deliveries are governed by:

• Refund Policy;
• Return Policy; and
• Exchange & Replacement Policy.

Claims relating to a delivered product generally must be submitted within 30 days from delivery.

Lost or never-delivered orders must be reported within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date.

After receiving the claim and required evidence, Wonder Print Shop will email an approval or rejection decision within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

After processing:

• PayPal refunds generally appear within 3–5 business days; and
• Credit or debit card refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear.

Only one primary resolution is normally provided for each approved issue.

No physical return may be sent without written Return Authorization and confirmation of the correct return address. Unauthorized packages may not be processed.

11. SMS Marketing and Mobile Messages

By providing a mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated or non-automated text messages from Wonder Print Shop where permitted by law.

Messages may include:

• Promotional offers;
• Product announcements;
• Abandoned-cart reminders;
• Order and delivery updates;
• Customer-service messages; and
• Other marketing or transactional communications.

Consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP. We may send one final message confirming the opt-out request.

Where supported, reply HELP for assistance or email support@wonderprintshop.com.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue an SMS messaging program where permitted by law.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in records, SMS consent information, or telephone numbers collected for SMS marketing with third parties for those third parties’ independent marketing purposes.

12. Email Marketing and Promotional Communications

If you subscribe to email marketing, you may receive newsletters, promotions, product announcements, abandoned-cart reminders, and other marketing communications from Wonder Print Shop.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting support@wonderprintshop.com.

After unsubscribing from marketing, you may continue to receive transactional or service communications concerning:

• Orders and payments;
• Shipping and tracking;
• Returns, refunds, exchanges, or claims;
• Account or payment security;
• Customer-support requests;
• Policy changes; or
• Legal or regulatory notices.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content made available through the website and services, including text, product photographs, artwork, graphics, designs, logos, videos, icons, product descriptions, page layouts, software, and branding, is owned by or licensed to KONIC LLC, Wonder Print Shop, or their respective licensors, suppliers, designers, and content partners.

Except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by us in writing, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute content;
• Modify or create derivative works;
• Sell, resell, license, or commercially exploit content;
• Scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, or systematically download content;
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
• Use Wonder Print Shop branding in a misleading or unauthorized manner; or
• Use our content to operate or develop a competing commercial service without authorization.

You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

14. DMCA Copyright Procedure

Wonder Print Shop respects intellectual property rights.

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that material available through our services infringes a copyrighted work, you may submit a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

Send the notice to support@wonderprintshop.com and include:

• Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• The exact URL or a sufficiently clear description of the allegedly infringing material;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the copyright owner; and
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or restrict access to material after receiving a valid notice.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• Identification of the material removed or disabled and its former location;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction required under applicable DMCA procedures and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent; and
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Submitting a false or materially misleading notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability.

15. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions, ideas, designs, feedback, proposals, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to submit them.

You grant Wonder Print Shop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, display, distribute, and otherwise use submitted materials for operating, improving, promoting, and marketing our services, subject to applicable privacy law.

You must not submit material that:

• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• Contains unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or threatening content;
• Contains malware, malicious code, or misleading links;
• Misrepresents your identity or relationship with another person; or
• Contains confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose.

We may monitor, edit, refuse, or remove submitted content where permitted by law, but we are not obligated to do so.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or services:

• For an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purpose;
• To violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, or other rights;
• To submit false account, identity, payment, shipping, or claim information;
• To obtain multiple refunds, replacements, credits, or discounts for the same issue;
• To misuse chargebacks or payment disputes;
• To upload malware, viruses, destructive code, or harmful content;
• To interfere with website availability, security, or operation;
• To access another person’s account without authorization;
• To collect personal information without lawful authority;
• To scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract website content through unauthorized automated means;
• To transmit spam, phishing messages, or misleading communications;
• To circumvent geographic, technical, payment, or security controls; or
• To encourage or assist another person in prohibited conduct.

We may investigate suspected violations, suspend access, cancel affected orders, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with payment providers, carriers, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.

17. Shopify, Third-Party Services, Links, and Tools

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The services may also rely on payment processors, analytics providers, marketing providers, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, communication providers, and other third-party services.

Third-party tools and services may be governed by their own terms, privacy notices, security standards, and operating procedures.

Access to an optional third-party tool is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use of such a tool is at the customer’s discretion and may be subject to the provider’s separate terms.

Third-party links may direct customers to websites that are not operated or controlled by Wonder Print Shop.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, policies, or practices of an independent third-party service, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

A link to a third-party website or service does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

18. Personal Information and Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, storage, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers necessary to complete payments, fulfill orders, deliver products, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and operate the website.

Payment-card information is handled by secure third-party payment processors and is encrypted during transmission according to the processor’s applicable standards.

19. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Service Changes

Website content may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to:

• Product descriptions;
• Pricing;
• Promotions or discount offers;
• Shipping charges;
• Processing or transit estimates;
• Product availability; or
• Other service information.

We may correct an error, update information, or cancel an affected order where information is materially inaccurate.

If an order is cancelled after payment because of an error, we will refund the applicable amount paid.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout before payment will generally apply to the submitted order, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the services. We will not be liable for a change or discontinuation except to the extent required by applicable law.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

• The services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• Every website error will be corrected immediately;
• The services will be compatible with every device or browser;
• Third-party services will always remain available;
• Delivery estimates will always be met; or
• Website information will be free from every technical, typographical, or display error.

This disclaimer does not apply to an express product remedy stated in our policies, a written warranty provided by us, or a right or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described remain subject to our published policies and applicable consumer law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KONIC LLC, Wonder Print Shop, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the services.

Such losses may include loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, business opportunity, reputation, or anticipated benefit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to Wonder Print Shop for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the applicable limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

22. Indemnification and Governing Law

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KONIC LLC, Wonder Print Shop, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:

• Your unlawful use of the services;
• Your material violation of these Terms;
• Your infringement of another person’s rights;
• Content or information submitted by you; or
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Wonder Print Shop’s own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or another responsibility that cannot legally be transferred to the customer.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the services, or a purchase from Wonder Print Shop will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the services must be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Wyoming, United States.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

23. Termination and General Provisions

Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or Wonder Print Shop.

You may stop using the website and services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe that a customer has violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, threatened website security, or abused our payment, refund, replacement, or promotional procedures.

Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, security, or business changes.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.

Continued use of the services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where another form of consent is required by law.

Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or separated from the remaining Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and order-specific terms shown at checkout, constitute the agreement between the customer and Wonder Print Shop concerning the services.
